Kangwa, the founder of the KBC Mumbalanga Prisons Foundation, is dedicated to empowering incarcerated women and their children. Her inspiration comes from her father, a philanthropist, and she is committed to breaking the cycle of incarceration. Kangwa's compassion shines bright and extends beyond prison walls, offering hope for a brighter future. Kangwa holds a Diploma in Public Relations and a Certificate in Diplomatic Practice, Protocol and Public Relations. With over a decade and a half’s experience in Operations, Public Relations, and Customer relations, she has effectively leveraged teams to produce revenue ranging from $5,000 to $300,000. Her wealth of knowledge and experience is instrumental in driving the Foundation's operational and fundraising strategy, and enhancing its visibility.
Mulundu Mumbalanga
Co-founder Mulundu is a Zambian innovator with a Master's Degree in Communication for Development and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Development Studies. She has extensive experience in public health and delivering effective messaging to diverse populations. She has held notable positions at the University of Zambia and has represented Zambia at the Commonwealth Youth Summit. Mulundu is also a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a HIVE Alumni. She is passionate about leadership, innovation, and the diffusion of innovations. She brings extensive knowledge in programing and therapy to KBC Mumbalanga Prisons Foundation.
